Ingredients:
Brinjals 6
Mince ½ kg
Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
Oil 1 cup
Onions 2
Tomatoes ½ kg
Green Chilies 4-5
Red Chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
• In a pot, add mince, crushed red chilies, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix it.
• Cut the brinjals and fill the prepared masala. Fry the stuffed brinjals.
• Now, add sliced tomatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, crushed red chilies and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low flame and then removes from the stove.
