Qeema Cheese Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince                                    250 grams
  • Cheddar cheese (grated)                    1 cup
  • Onion slices                                  1 large
  • Garlic                                              1 tbsp
  • Ginger                                             1 tbsp
  • Salt                                                  1 tsp
  • Oil                                                    6 tbsp
  • Turmeric                                        ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder                         1 tsp
  • Tomato (rings)                                       2
  • Cumin seeds                                 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder                      1 tsp
  • For making paratha:
  • Flour                                               2 cup
  • Oil                                                    ¼ cup
  • Salt                                                  1 tsp

Method:

  1. All paratha ingredients well mix and knead.
  2. For the filling:
  3. Heat oil and fry onion, garlic and ginger.
  4. Then beef mince, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin seeds
  5. Add coriander powder and tomato rings add and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Now mince mixture keep a side.
  7. After this make paratha keep in mince mixture
  8. Then grated cheddar cheese add and roll fold in butter paper then serve .
