Ingredients:
- Beef Mince 250 grams
- Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup
- Onion slices 1 large
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 6 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Tomato (rings) 2
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- For making paratha:
- Flour 2 cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- All paratha ingredients well mix and knead.
- For the filling:
- Heat oil and fry onion, garlic and ginger.
- Then beef mince, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin seeds
- Add coriander powder and tomato rings add and cook for 20 minutes.
- Now mince mixture keep a side.
- After this make paratha keep in mince mixture
- Then grated cheddar cheese add and roll fold in butter paper then serve .
