Ingredients:

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Tomato (cubes) 2
  • Lemons 4
  • Chopped Green Chilies 6
  • Soda Bi Carbonate a pinch
  • Chopped Mint Leaves a bunch
  • Chopped Green Coriander 1 bunch
  • Chick Peas 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Red Lentil ½ cup
  • Tamarind Paste ½ cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. Boil chickpeas and lentil tohether.
  2. Add in a soda bi carbonate till the chickpeas soften.
  3. In apan, add in mince, ginger, garlic paste, turmeric, salt, tomatoes and re d chili,
  4. When the mince driesm add in 1 cup oil and lemon juice. Cook it on a low flame.
  5. Once boiled, add in tamarind paste.
  6. 1 tbsp cumin, black pepper.
  7. Cook it for 5 mins. Add in chopped mint ;eavesm ginger, chopped green chiles and lemon juice.
  8. Simmer for2 mins.
  9. Serve with nan.
