Ingredients:
- Mince ½ kg
- Tomato (cubes) 2
- Lemons 4
- Chopped Green Chilies 6
- Soda Bi Carbonate a pinch
- Chopped Mint Leaves a bunch
- Chopped Green Coriander 1 bunch
- Chick Peas 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Red Lentil ½ cup
- Tamarind Paste ½ cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
- Crushed Ginger 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil chickpeas and lentil tohether.
- Add in a soda bi carbonate till the chickpeas soften.
- In apan, add in mince, ginger, garlic paste, turmeric, salt, tomatoes and re d chili,
- When the mince driesm add in 1 cup oil and lemon juice. Cook it on a low flame.
- Once boiled, add in tamarind paste.
- 1 tbsp cumin, black pepper.
- Cook it for 5 mins. Add in chopped mint ;eavesm ginger, chopped green chiles and lemon juice.
- Simmer for2 mins.
- Serve with nan.
