Ingredients:
- Chicken Mince (coarsely crushed) ½ kg
- Oil 1 cup
- Tomatoes (finely chopped 2
- Onions (raw and ground) 2
- Lemons 2
- Green Chilies (julienned) 4
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in handi , fry onions, add all spices and fry well.
- Add tomatoes, when water dries off add mince and fry well.
- Add green chilies, lemon juice, and julienned ginger.
- Leave it to simmer for 5 minutes
- Lastly add coriander leaves and serve with chappati or parathay.
