Ingredients:

  • Chicken Mince (coarsely crushed)           ½ kg
  • Oil                                                                       1 cup
  • Tomatoes (finely chopped                2
  • Onions (raw and ground)                  2
  • Lemons                                                     2
  • Green Chilies (julienned)                            4
  • Turmeric                                                 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper (crushed)                      1 tsp
  • Red Pepper (crushed)                         1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste                               1 tbsp
  • Ginger (finely chopped)                     2 tbsp
  • Salt                                                            to taste

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil in handi , fry onions, add all spices and fry well.
  2. Add tomatoes, when water dries off add  mince and fry well.
  3. Add green chilies, lemon juice, and julienned ginger. Leave it to simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Lastly add coriander leaves  and serve with chappati or parathay
