Ingredients:
- Minced Beef ½ kg
- Finely Chopped Onions 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Lemons 2
- Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Finely Chopped Green Coriander ½ bunch
- Chopped Green Chilies 4
- Roasted and Crushed White Cumin 1 tsp
- Oil for frying as required
- FOR KACHORI:
- Flour 2 bowls
- Soda Bi Carbonate 1 tsp
- Jaggery Syrup 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- First in a try add 2 bowls of flour, salt as required, 2 tbsp Jaggery Syrup and 1 tsp Soda Bicarbonate and mix it properly and add water so that the dough remains consistent. Do not knead it hard.
- Cover it so that it rises well.
- In a frying pan add ½ kg minced beef, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt as required and dry out the water.
- Now add 1 tsp crushed red chilies, 1 tsp roasted and crushed white cumin, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and 2 lemons (lemon juice) and cook it and then take it out from the stove.
- When it cools down, then add 1 finely chopped onions, 4 green chilies and ½ bunch green coriander.
Now add oil as required in a pan.
