Qeema Kachori Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Minced Beef ½ kg
  • Finely Chopped Onions 1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Finely Chopped Green Coriander ½ bunch
  • Chopped Green Chilies 4
  • Roasted and Crushed White Cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying as required
  • FOR KACHORI:
  • Flour 2 bowls
  • Soda Bi Carbonate 1 tsp
  • Jaggery Syrup 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. First in a try add 2 bowls of flour, salt as required, 2 tbsp Jaggery Syrup
  2. Add 1 tsp Soda Bicarbonate and mix it properly and add water so that the dough remains consistent.
  3. Do not knead it hard. Cover it so that it rises well.
  4. In a frying pan add ½ kg minced beef, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt as required and dry out the water.
  5. Now add 1 tsp crushed red chilies, 1 tsp roasted and crushed white cumin,
  6. Add 1 tsp crushed black pepper and 2 lemons (lemon juice) and cook it and then take it out from the stove.
  7. When it cools down, then add 1 finely chopped onions, 4 green chilies and ½ bunch green coriander.
  8. Now add oil as required in a pan.
  9. Wet your hands and put mince batter in it and close it and make kachori
  10. Fry it on medium heat and take it out. Delicious kachori is ready.
  11. Serve it with yogurt raita and tamarind chutney.
