Qeema Masala by Zubaida Tariq

Qeema Masala by Zubaida Tariq recipe by Zubaida Tariq is to be deliciously cooked at live cooking show “Handi” on Masala TV only.

Ingredients:

  • Mince (Hand Chopped) ½ kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chopped green coriander 2 bunch
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped onion 3
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Chopped green chilies 8
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

1. Take a pan, add in 1 cup oil and 3 chopped onion.
2. Fry them till they are golden brown.
3. Take out half onion and dry them.
4. In the remaining onion add in mince, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and salt.
5. Cook till the water dries. in a bowl, take chopped green chilies, green coriander, green chilies and garlic.
6. Grind them together and make a paste.
7. Take some oil in the pan and fry the paste.
8. Add it in the mince.
9. Add in 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 lemon juice.
10. Cook it for 5 minutes.
11. Dish it out, garnish it with chopped green coriander and serve.
