Qeema Matar Biryani

Ingredients:

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Rice (boiled) ½ kg
  • Green Peas 1 cup
  • Potatoes 2
  • Carrots 2
  • Capsicums 2
  • Onions 2
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
  • Whole Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add onion and fry.
  2. Now add mince, ginger garlic, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric, red chili powder and cover it for 20 minutes.
  3. Then add green peas, potataoes, carrots, capsisums and coriander leaves.
  4. When vegetables are tender, add boiled rice and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. In the end, mix and removes from the stove.
  6. Delicious Qeema Matar Biryani is ready.
