Ingredients:
- Mince (beef) ½ kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds (roasted) 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Finely Chopped Onions ½ kg
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

- German Chilies 6
- Ocra 6
- Brinjals 2
- Tomato Paste ½ kg
- Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves 10
- Oil ½ cup
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Method:
- In a pan, add onion and fry.
- Add ginger garlic paste,mince and cook on low flame.
- When mince are tender, add tomato paste, cumin seeds,salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder,mustard seeds, curry leaves, garam masala powder, vegetables and let it simmer.
- In the end, sprinkles coriander leaves and serve.
