Ingredients:
- For naan dough:
- Flour 2 cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Curd 2 tbsp
- Warm water as required
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Filling ingredients:
- Beef minced 250 gm
- Onion (small) 1
- Ginger, garlic paste 2 tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Green coriander ¼ cup
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Red chili (crushed) ½ tsp
- Green coriander (chopped) ½ tsp
- White cumin ¼ tsp
Method:
- For the filling:
- In a pan heat oil and fry onion and mince garlic and ginger paste mix and fry.
- Then red chili powder, salt, all spice powder, turmeric powder, crushed red chili and white cumin add roast.
- Now green chili and green coriander mix and cool it.
- For the making naan dough:
- Refined flour, yeast, salt, sugar, curd and warm water mix and knead well and cover it then keep a side
- Then make small balls and roll it and keep in between mince mixture fill and again make ball now make paratha shape with hand
- After this fry it or bake 210 c in oven
- Finally butter wash with brush and then remove in platter .
