Qeema Samosay by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Flour 40 grams
  • Chicken Mince ½ kg
  • Samosa Wrap 30-50 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger 25 grams
  • Garlic 25 grams
  • Malir Mirch 25 grams
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
  • Mint Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
  • Onions (chopped) 250 grams
  • All Spice 20 grams
  • Cumin (whole) 10 grams
  • Red Chili (crushed) 20 grams
  • Green Chilies (big) 10 grams

Method:

  1. Add all green masala, and spices in the mince and cook well until the water in the mince is completely dried.
  2. When mince is tender , add chopped onions, coriander and mint leaves.
  3. Wrap the mixture in the samosa wraps and fry.
