Ingredients:
- Flour 40 grams
- Chicken Mince ½ kg
- Samosa Wrap 30-50 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ginger 25 grams
- Garlic 25 grams
- Malir Mirch 25 grams
- Coriander Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
- Mint Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
- Onions (chopped) 250 grams
- All Spice 20 grams
- Cumin (whole) 10 grams
- Red Chili (crushed) 20 grams
- Green Chilies (big) 10 grams
Method:
- Add all green masala, and spices in the mince and cook well until the water in the mince is completely dried.
- When mince is tender , add chopped onions, coriander and mint leaves.
- Wrap the mixture in the samosa wraps and fry.
