Quick And Easy Falooda Ramadan Recipe by Chef Basim Akhund 1 June 2018

Ingredients:

  • Syrup                                    6 tbsp
  • Milk                                       350 ml
  • Ice                                          2 cups
  • Jelly                                       ½ cup
  • Ice cream                            2 scoops
  • Raisins                                  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a food processor add the milk, ice, sharbat and convert into a blended mix
  2. Now in a glass add jelly first and pour the mix on top
  3. Add ice cream and raisins and serve
