Rajhastani Mutton By Shireen Anwar At Masala Mornings

Ingredients:
Mutton                 ½ kg
Onion                     2 chopped
Ginger garlic             1 tbsp
Coriander powder     1 tsp
Cumin powder             ½ tsp
Chili powder             1 ½ tsp
Yogurt                     1 cup
Turmeric                 ¼ tsp
Salt                     1 tsp
Oil                         ¼ cup

Method:
Heat oil; fry chopped onions add ginger garlic paste, all the spices and mutton. Fry well. Add 1 cup water.  Cover and cook till mutton half done. Add yogurt. Fry well. Lastly add all spice, 1 cup water. Cover and cook till mutton done. Serve garnished with coriander green chilies ginger sliced.
