Ingredients:
- Rajma (boiled) 2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Mix all spice 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Oil ½ cup
- Rice 2-1/2 cup
- Green chilies as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion in it.
- Then add all spice also add ginger garlic paste, salt
- Add red chili powder and turmeric and saute gravy well.
- Now add water when boil comes then add soaked rice.
- Then add rajma, lemon juice, green coriander and green chilies and leave it on dum.
- Take out in dish and serve with raita.
