Rajma Pulao

Ingredients:

  • Rajma (boiled)                  2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste           1 tbsp
  • Mix all spice                        1 tbsp
  • Onion                                    1
  • Red chili powder              1 tsp
  • Turmeric                              ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice                       1 tbsp
  • Green coriander               ½ bunch
  • Oil                                           ½ cup
  • Rice                                        2-1/2 cup
  • Green chilies                      as required
  • Salt                                         to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion in it.
  2. Then add all spice also add ginger garlic paste, salt
  3. Add red chili powder and turmeric and saute gravy well.
  4. Now add water when boil comes then add soaked rice.
  5. Then add rajma, lemon juice, green coriander and green chilies and leave it on dum.
  6. Take out in dish and serve with raita.
