Rassalo Kheer by Chef Gulzar in Dawat Masala TV

 

Ingredients
Sugar Cane Juice                         1 kg
Break Rice                             ½ cup
Milk                                     250 grams
Green Cardamom Powder                 ½ tsp
Sugar                                 as required
Screw Pine Essence                     few drops
Sliver Leave                             3-4
Almonds or Pistachios                     ½ cup
Clarified Butter                         1 cup

Method
Take a mixing bowl add 125 grams of milk soaked ½ cup of break rice. Now take rest of the 125 grams of milk in a cooking pan add as required sugar mix it well and dissolve it then blend the rice to make a paste and add it to the cooking pan and add 1 kg of sugar cane juice, ½ tsp of green cardamoms powder, when its thick add few drops of screw pine essence, mix it well. Now take a mud pot add as required water soaked the kheer and let it cool down. At last garnish with silver leave, ½ cup of almonds and pistachios and serve it.
