Red Lentil and Potatoes Patties
Ingredients
Boiled and Mashed Potatoes 500 grams
Boiled Red Lentil 150 grams
Finely Chopped Spring Onion 2-3 strands
Eggs 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Badaari Kand as required
Crushed Cumin ½ tsp
Whole Coriander ½ tsp
Crushed Black Pepper ` ½ tsp
Crushed Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Olive Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method
For kabbab: take a chopper 2-3 finely chopped spring onion , 1 tsp ginger garlic paste , ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp coriander powder as required badaari kand, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, ½ tsp od red chili powder and to taste salt ,1 tbsp soya sauce and 150 grams red lentil, mix it well chop it. Take another mixing add beat it 2 eggs. Take a plate spread 1 cup of bread crumbs. Take a kabbab tikki ‘s and dip into beat eggs and coated with bread crumbs. Take a cooking pan add the heat the oil fry the tikki’s. At last take it out in a serving platter and garnish with vegetables and serve it.
