Ingredients:
- Chicken Boneless ½ kg
- Tomato Puree 1 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chilies 6
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Roasted Cumin 1 tbsp
- Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
- Chopped Almonds 15
- Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil ½ cup
- Fresh Cream 1 Packet
Method:
- In a wok, add ½ cup oil, add in ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook it.
- Add in boneless chicken and some salt and cook till water dries.
- When the water dries, add in roasted cumin powder, crushed red chili, chopped green chilies and tomato puree.
