Reshmi Fried Kabab By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Mince half kg
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White Pepper half tsp
  • Gram Flour 2 tbsp
  • Meat Tenderizer 1 tsp heaped
  • Desiccated Coconut (ground) 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (ground) 6
  • Spring Onions (finely chopped) half cups
  • Onions (finely chopped) 1 cup

 

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 4 hours.
  2. Again choparized till smooth now take wooden skewers put mince around give shape of reshmi kabab pan fry in fry pan.
