Ingredients:
- Chicken Mince half kg
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp heaped
- Salt 1 tsp
- White Pepper half tsp
- Gram Flour 2 tbsp
- Meat Tenderizer 1 tsp heaped
- Desiccated Coconut (ground) 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies (ground) 6
- Spring Onions (finely chopped) half cups
- Onions (finely chopped) 1 cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 4 hours.
- Again choparized till smooth now take wooden skewers put mince around give shape of reshmi kabab pan fry in fry pan.
