Reshmi Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Yeast ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Water to knead
  • Ghee for stuffing and frying

 

Method:

 

  1. In a bowl knead together, flour yeast, salt cream and sugar with water into a soft dough
  2. Now keep aside for 30 mins.
  3. Now make balls, stuff with ghee, and roll as shown.
  4. Re-roll and fry adding ghee.
