Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Ginger julienne 3 tbsp
- Tomatoes chopperised 2
- Tomato puree ¼ cup
- Green chilies 3 chopped
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Crushed and roasted cumin 1½ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Milk ¼ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Heat oil add ginger julienne, chicken, fry for 5 mins
- Add chopperised tomatoes with all the seasonings, cook till chicken tender
- Add yogurt and milk, cover and cook till done.
- Lastly add green chilies and coriander leaves. Serve with nan.
