Ingredients:
- Rice Noodles (soaked) 3 cups
- Chicken Breast 2
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
For Sauce:
- Oil 1tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Onions (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Green Capsicum (chopped) 1/2
- Yellow Capsicum (chopped) 1/2
- Red Capsicum (chopped) 1/2
- Cream 1 packet
- Milk ¾ cup
- Chicken Powder 1 ½ tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Thyme ½ tsp
- Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, pepper for 30 minutes. Grill the chicken in 1 tbsp till its tender.Cut it into slices
- For Sauce:
- Heat oil in a wok, add onions and garlic, fry it for 2 minutes.
- Now add cream with milk, salt, chicken powder, thyme and crushed red pepper.
- Add in 3 colored capsicums with boiled pasta; stir well to coat the pasta with sauce.
- Remove in a platter and top it with sliced grilled chicken.
