Boiled rice noodles | ½ packet |

Brown sugar | 1 tbsp |
Oil | 2 to 3 tbsp |

Method:
For rice noodles: in hot water add ½ packet of rice noodles. When it turns soft strain it and grease it and take it out on a serving platter. Heat oil in a pan, add 5 to 6 garlic cloves to fry. Then add 300 gm chicken boneless to fry. Then add 100 gm green beans, 1 tbsp crushed red chili powder, 1 egg, salt to taste, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp dark soya sauce to fry. Then add 1 tbsp brown sugar and noodles to mix and dish it out.
