Rice Tuk- tuk
Ingredients
• Ingredients-
• 1 cup Leftover rice
• ¼ cup Finely chopped onions
• 1 tbsp Finely chopped ginger
• 1 bdsp Finel chopped garlic
• 2 tbsp Finely chopped green chillies
• 2 tbsp Coriander
• 1 tsp Salt
• ½ cup Chickpea flour
• Oil for frying
Method
-in a bowl mix everthing except oil.-shape into small patties.-in a pan add some oil and shallow fry.-serve with some green chutney.
