Ingredients:
- White Flour 1/2 kg
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- 1 Egg
- Baking Soda 1/4 ts
- Ghee for fying
Method:
- In a bowl, add all ingredients except ghee and Mix.
- Now Kneading well, and make medium balls.
- Heat ghee and fry.
- Roghni Paratha is ready.
