ROSE

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken (Biryani Pieces)    1 kg

Chopped Tomatoes   2

Curry Leaves    6

Whole Chilies     10

Green Chilies      8

Green Coriander       1 bunch

Lemon Juice      ½ cup

Oil        ½ cup

Turmeric Powder        1tsp

Cumin        1 tsp

Mustard Seeds      1 tsp

Fennel Seeds      1 tsp

Ginger Garlic Paste     1 tbsp

Crushed  1- ½ tsp

METHOD:

In 1 kg chicken pieces, add 1 tsp turmeric powder and ½ tsp salt and marinate it for 4 hours.

Now fry 1 tsp cumin in ½ cup heated oil. When aroma comes, add chicken and cook it properly. Now add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 10 whole chilies, 6 curry leaves, 2 tomatoes, 2 tbsp crushed coconut, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 glass water and leave it to cook.

When the water dries, keep it on simmer and then dish it out and put 1 bunch green coriander, ½ cup lemon juice and 8 green chilies and serve.
