Sabut Masoor Pulao Recipe

SABUT MASOOR PULAO
Ingredients:
Mince (beef) 1 kg
Red Lentils (soaked) 250 gms
Rice ½ kg
Green Chilies 10
Onions 250 gms
Button Red Chilies 10
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Nutmeg Powder ½ tsp
Star Anise Seeds 1 tsp
Tomatoes 250 gms
Mint Leaves 1 bunch
Black Peppercorns 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
• In a pan, heat oil add onions until golden brown.
• Now in add mince and cook on high flame.
• Then add soaked red lentils, green chilies, button red chiies, cumin seeds, turmeric powdes, tomatoes, black peppercorns, salt, water and cover it.
• When lentils are tender add rice , water and let it cook.
• When simmer comes, add nutmeg powder, star anise seeds powder and removes from the stove.
• Sabut masoor pulao is ready.
