Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Potatoes 2
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Onions 2
- Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
- Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
- Black Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Black Peppercorns 1 tsp
- Green Cardamoms 4
- Salt ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
- Nutmeg, Mace ½ tsp
- Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
- Oil ½
- Green Chilies, Coriander leaves as required
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil add onions fry and take it out.
- Now add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic,salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, black cumin seeds, salt and mix.
- After this, in a pan add chicken, water ,potatoes and onions.
- Cover it for 10 minutes and cook.
- Now add Green Cardamoms, nutmeg, mace, garam masala powder and take it out in a dish.
- In the end, sprinkles finely chopped ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves and serve.
