Saeeb ka Meetha

Saeeb ka Meetha
Ingredients
Jaggery ½ kg
Apple 700 grams
Onion Seeds 1/3 tsp
Crushed and Roasted Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
Clarified Butter 3-4 tbsp

Method
Take a cooking pan add ½ kg of jiggery and cook when its melted and thick take it out and set aside. Now take another cooking pan add 3-4 tbsp of clarified butter add ½ tsp crushed and roasted cumin seeds, 1/3 tsp of onion seeds, 1 tsp of crushed red chilies and add 700 grams of apple slices and roasted and now add into jaggery syrup and cook when the apple are soft take it out in a serving dish and serve it.
