Ingredients:
- For Sajji:
- Whole chicken 1
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Vinegar ½ cup
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Ingredients For Pulao:
- Boiled rice ½ kg
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 6
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Raisins 1 cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- For sajji marinate whole chicken with above ingredients for overnight.
- Then dry the water in the strainer.
- Now cook in a wok for about half an hour.
- Once it is half cooked, bake in the oven and serve hot.
