Ingredients :
2 cups Boiled Ridged Elbow Pasta
1 tbsp Oil
2 Tomatoes
1 Capsicum
4-5 Green Chillies
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Ketchup
½ tsp Black Pepper Crushed
1 tbsp Red Chilies Crushed
1 Onion Finely Chopped
Lemon Juice half lemon
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Sugar
Coriander Leaves Chopped as required
Method :
Heat oil. Add the onion and garlic and saute. Next add tomatoes, green chillies, capsicum, tomato paste, ketchup, salt, pepper, crushed red chillies, lemon juice. saute well. Let tomatoes cook down but not fully. Keep the salsa chunky. Lastly add sugar and coriander leaves. Cool and serve on top with boiled pasta as a salad.
