Ingredients
K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage – 5 sausages
K&N’s Stok – 1 cube
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp; chopped
Onion – ¼ cup; sliced
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
White pepper powder – ½ tsp
Tomato paste – 3 tbsp
Water – ¾ cup
Paprika powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Bell pepper – ½ cup; julienned
Boiled rice – 1 ½ cup
Method
Thaw K&N’s Frankfurter Sausages as per instructions on pack, cut lengthwise into 2 inch slices and set aside.
Heat olive oil and sauté garlic, and onion. Add salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, tomato paste, water, paprika powder, red chilli powder, red, yellow and green bell pepper and K&N’s Stok cube. Add boiled rice and Frankfurter Sausages.
Mix and cook on low flame for 1 minute. Serve warm.
