Sausage Egg Boats

Ingredients

K&N’s Breakfast Sausage – 6 sausages
Eggs – 4
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Cream – 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese – ½ cup; grated
Parmesan cheese – ½ cup; grated
Red bell pepper – ½ cup; finely diced
Green onion – ½ cup; finely chopped
French bread – 1

Method
Thaw K&N’s Breakfast Sausage as per instructions on pack and dice.

Separately mix eggs, black pepper powder, salt, cream, and cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese, red bell pepper, green onion, and diced Breakfast Sausages.

Take French bread and scoop the top such as to make a bread boat.

Fill with egg and sausage mixture and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Serve fresh for breakfast or tea.
