Savayyon Ki Kulfi

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Milk 1 liter
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Small Cardamom 8
  • Chopped Pistachio ½ cup
  • Sugar 2-1/2 cup
  • Chopped Almonds 20-25
  • Rice Flour 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil the vermicelli and blend then make a powder of cardamom and sugar
  2. In a skillet put milk and small cardamom and cardamom powder and vermicelli and cook.
  3. Now add rice flour ,chopped pistachio and chopped almonds and stir .
  4. Then better in thick and khoya and beat well.
  5. In the end keep it in fridge and serve chilled .
