Seekh Kabab By Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Beef (ground) ½ kg
  • Fats 50 gms
  • Black Pepper (Crushed) 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamom Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Coriander (Chopped) 1 bunch
  • Green Chilies (finely chopped) 4
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Fried Onions Paste ½ cup
  • Roasted Chickpea Powder 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Coal 1 piece

 

Method:

  1. Mix together beef with all spices.
  2. Process the meat in the chopper with all spices.
  3. Sew the mince on the skewers and steam fry .
  4. Lastly give dum with coal and Serve
