Ingredients:
- White Sesame 1 cup
- Jiggery Powder 1 cup
- Water ½ cup
- Butter 3-4 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder ¼ tsp
Method:
- First of all, in a pan add white sesame and fry, take it out.
- Now in the same pan, add jiggery , water cook till thick syrup.
- When jaggery is melt, add butter and cardamom powder.
- Then add white sesame and fry well.
- In a grease tray pour this mixture.
- Let it cool, and cut into shape and wrap it.
