Sesame Butter Candy

Ingredients:

  • White Sesame 1 cup
  • Jiggery Powder 1 cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Butter 3-4 tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder ¼ tsp

Method:

  1. First of all, in a pan add white sesame and fry, take it out.
  2. Now in the same pan, add jiggery , water cook till thick syrup.
  3. When jaggery is melt, add butter and cardamom powder.
  4. Then add white sesame and fry well.
  5. In a grease tray pour this mixture.
  6. Let it cool, and cut into shape and wrap it.
