For Fish
Fish Pieces as required
Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
All Purpose Flour 1 cup
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
For Sauce
Chili Sauce ½ cup
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Tomato Puree 1 cup
Lemon Juice 2-3 tbsp
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Sesame Seeds Oil ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Garnish
Carrot (Finely Sliced) 1
Spring Onion (Finely Sliced) 2-3
Roasted Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
Method
For fish
Take as required fish pieces, 2-3 tbsp of vinegar, add as required salt mix it well leave it for few minutes then coat into 1 cup of all purpose flour, and crispy fried it. Take it out and set aside. For sauce: Take a cooking pan add 2 tbsp of oil add 1 tbsp of garlic, fry add ½ cup of chili sauce, 1 cup of chicken stock, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, 1 cup of tomato puree, 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of brown sugar, add to taste salt mix it well when the sauce is thicken. At last ½ tsp of sesame seed oil mixes it well. Take a serving bowl add fish pour the sauce on the top of it and garnish with 1 finely sliced carrot , 2-3 sliced spring onion, 2 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds and serve it.
