Ingredients:
- Sev 1 packet
- Bhel puri 6
- Boiled potatoes 3
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
- Chopped green chilies 3
- Tamarind chutney 1 cup
- Lemons 4
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix green coriander and 4 green chilies and grind chutney.
- Now spread sev in wide dish.
- Then do small small pieces of bhel puri and mix it.
- Then mix boiled potatoes, chopped onion, salt, chopped mint leaves, lemon juice and 3 chopped green chilies.
- Then mix green chutney, yogurt and salt, beat it nicely and keep in one bowl.
- When serve and put chutney. Keep yogurt and meethi chutney and serve.
