Rest of Chappati’s 4-5
Finely Chopped Tomatoes 3-4
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder ½ tsp
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Curry Leaves 4-5
Green Chilies 4-5
Coriander ½ bunch
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Method
Take a cooking pan add 1 tbsp of oil heat the oil add 4-5 curry leaves add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, when its popping add 1 tbsp of garlic paste and fry add 3-4 finely chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tsp of coriander powder, and add to taste salt mix it well and roasted. Then add 4-5 rest of chappati’s and as required water and cook. When its done take it out in serving dish and garnish with 4-5 green chilies and ½ bunch of coriander and serve it.
