Ingredients:
- Flour ½ kg
- Yeast 1 sachet
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Sesame Seeds (white & Black) as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add yeast and sugar in luke warm water and keep it aside.
- When fermentation starts add flour, salt, egg and 2-3 tbsp butter,
- Now knead it with milk or water
- Leave it to rise for 2-3 hours.
- Now fold the dough and make balls out of it .
- Roll the dough balls and make marks on it with fork and sprinkle sesame seeds on it
- Now bake it in a pre heated oven on 200 degree for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and brush it with butter and bake it again for 1-2 minutes
