Shahi Til Wala Kulcha

Ingredients:

  • Flour ½ kg
  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Sesame Seeds (white & Black) as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add yeast and sugar in luke warm water and keep it aside.
  2. When fermentation starts add flour, salt, egg and 2-3 tbsp butter,
  3. Now knead it with milk or water
  4. Leave it to rise for 2-3 hours.
  5. Now fold the dough and make balls out of it .
  6. Roll the dough balls and make marks on it with fork and sprinkle sesame seeds on it
  7. Now bake it in a pre heated oven on 200 degree for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Remove and brush it with butter and bake it again for 1-2 minutes
