Shakarkand (Sweet Potatoes) Halwa Recipe
Ingredients:
Sweet Potatoes (Boiled)
Cardamoms Pistachios Crushed Coconut Khoya Sugar Ghee Kehwra Water Dry Milk Powder |

6 50 gms 100 gms 250 gms 250 gms 250 gms 1 tbsp 2 cup |
METHOD:
- Heat ghee, add boiled sweet potatoes, cardamoms and fry.
- Now, add sugar and keep cooking. When sugar syrup dries add chopped coconut, khoya and mix well.
- In the end add kehwra water, dry milk powder, and turn off the heat.
- Pour Shakarkandi ka Halwa, in a serving dish sprinkle pistachios and serve it.
