Ingredients:
- Sweet Potatoes ½ kg
- Tamarind Juice ½ cup
- Red Chilli Powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 4
- Onion (chopped) 2
- Green Chillies 4
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Oil ½ cup
- Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil add sweet potatoes pieces and fry.
- Now add ½ cup of water and cover, boil until the sweet potatoes are tender.
- Then add onion, tomatoes, mustard seeds and add all the remaining ingredients and cook until done.
- Now fry well, in the end add coriander leaves and serve.
