Shakarkandi ki Bhujia

Ingredients:

  • Sweet Potatoes   ½ kg
  • Tamarind Juice ½ cup
  • Red Chilli Powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Onion (chopped) 2
  • Green Chillies 4
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Mustard Seeds 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil add sweet potatoes pieces and fry.
  2. Now add ½ cup of water and cover, boil until the sweet potatoes are tender.
  3. Then add onion, tomatoes, mustard seeds and add all the remaining ingredients and cook until done.
  4. Now fry well, in the end add coriander leaves and serve.
