Ingredients
K&N’s Shami Kabab – 6 kababs
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp; finely chopped
Red chillies – 3; chopped
Rice – 1 cup; boiled
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Green onion – ¼ cup; chopped
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Method
Fry K&N’s Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack and set aside.
Heat oil; sauté garlic and red chillies, and add rice.
Add sugar, salt, soy sauce, green onion and red chilli powder, and mix.
Dish out rice and serve with fried Shami Kababs.
