Shan Fruit Chaat Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Red Chili
  • Musk Melon
  • Ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • Black Pepper
  • Dried Mango Powder
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Clove
  • Green Cardamom
  • Bay Leaf
  • Citric Acid
  • Maltodextrin
  • Hydrolyzed Soy Protein
  • Cane Sugar
  • Canola Oil
  • Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent).

SHAN CHATPATI PUNJABI CHAAT:

  • Chickpeas – 200g / 1 cup
  • Boil in 10 cups water for 2 hours on low heat.
  • Add 1 teaspoon baking soda and boil for another 10 minutes.
  • Potato – 1 cup, peeled, boiled and cubed
  • Guava – 1 cup, diced
  • Grapes – 1 cup
  • Mango – 1 cup, peeled and diced
  • Apple – 1 cup, diced
  • Banana – 1 cup, peeled and diced
  • Pomegranate Seeds – ½ cup
  • Tamarind Paste – ½ cup
  • Lemon Juice – 3-6 tablespoons
  • Dates – 2-3, soaked in water for 1 hour then make pulp
  • Shan Chaat Masala – 4-5 tablespoons

METHOD:

  1. Combine tamarind pasre, lemon juice, date pulp, Shan Fruit Chaat Masala and blend well.
  2. Add chickpeas and fruit.
  3. Mix and serve.
