Ingredients:
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 2
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Gram flour 4 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Boiled rice 2 cup
- For shashlik vegetables:
- Onion 2
- Capsicum 2
- Tomato 2
- Green chilies 4
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Add all ingredients in chicken mince and chop it.
- Then make kabab in length and fry them.
- Now cut all vegetables in length and fry them in hot oil.
- Then add ketchup, salt and chili sauce.
- Now take out rice in a dish put kabab and prepared vegetables.
