Sheesh Tawook

Ingredients:

  • Mutton boti boneless                                    ½ kg
  • Kachari powder                                                1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped                                                  1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice                                                       1 tbsp
  • Salt                                                                         1 tsp
  • Mustard paste                                                  1 tsp
  • Tomato paste                                                    1 tsp
  • Oregano                                                              1 tsp
  • Chapati                                                                3
  • Tomato                                                                2
  • Green chili medium                                        5
  • Onion large                                                         1
  • Mint                                                                      few leaves
  • Oil                                                                           ½ cup

Method:

  1. In bowl mutton, Kachori powder ,salt ,tomato paste
  2. Add mustard paste and oregano ,chopped garlic and lemon juice add and mix well .
  3. Now add oil and again mix and leave for 8 hours then skewer the meat .
  4. Then separate skewer vegetable grilled .
  5. Now remaining tomato paste on chapatti sprinkling mint .then keep kabab .
  6. Finally keep vegetables and serve .
