Shinwari Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (20 pieces) 1kg
  • Oil 1- 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Karhayi Gosht Masala 3 tbsp
  • Chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Sliced Ginger 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat 1- ½ cup oil on high heat and fry 1kg chicken.
  2. Now take out the chicken pieces. Also take out the oil.
  3. Add ½ kg tomato in chicken and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and leave it for 20 minutes.
  4. Now remove the lid of the pan and peel the skin of the tomatoes.
  5. Put 3 tbsp Karahi Gosht Masala in the chicken and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. In the end, add 2 tbsp sliced ginger garlic paste, 6 chopped green chilies and 2 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves.
