Ingredients:
- Chicken (20 pieces) 1kg
- Oil 1- 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Karhayi Gosht Masala 3 tbsp
- Chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Sliced Ginger 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat 1- ½ cup oil on high heat and fry 1kg chicken.
- Now take out the chicken pieces. Also take out the oil.
- Add ½ kg tomato in chicken and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and leave it for 20 minutes.
- Now remove the lid of the pan and peel the skin of the tomatoes.
- Put 3 tbsp Karahi Gosht Masala in the chicken and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- In the end, add 2 tbsp sliced ginger garlic paste, 6 chopped green chilies and 2 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves.
