Shredded Malai kabab

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams beef boti
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Coriander chopped. 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint chopped. 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper. 1tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Bread soaked in milk 2 slice
  • Malai 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 cup
  • Ingredients to make paste
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Water. 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil beef with salt and turmeric and 2 cup water till tender and water dries.
  2. Shred beef mix with all the ingredients well.
  3. Make into kababs.
  4. Dip in egg, flour and water paste.
  5. shallow fry
