Ingredients:
- 250 grams beef boti
- Onion 1 chopped
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Coriander chopped. 2 tbsp
- Green chilli chopped 2 tbsp
- Mint chopped. 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper. 1tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Bread soaked in milk 2 slice
- Malai 2 tbsp
- Water 2 cup
- Ingredients to make paste
- Egg 1
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Water. 1 tbsp
Method:
- Boil beef with salt and turmeric and 2 cup water till tender and water dries.
- Shred beef mix with all the ingredients well.
- Make into kababs.
- Dip in egg, flour and water paste.
- shallow fry
