Singaporean Fish By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Fish Boneless Cubes 500 grams
  • Egg 1
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • White Pepper half tsp
  • Sriracha Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green Chilies 2 – 3
  • Chicken Stock 1 cup
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Boiled Rice for serving
  • Green Onions for serving
  • Capsicum 1
  • Pineapple Cubes few

 

Method:

  1. Marinate fish cubes with salt pepper vinegar egg flour and corn flour.
  2. Leave it for 15 min deep fry fish cubes.
  3. Cut onion and capsicums in to cubes heat oil add in chicken stock 1 cup pineapple juice half cup, Vinegar 2 tbsp cook till boiling.
  4. Add in all sauces with veggies cubes, pineapple pieces, thicken with corn flour paste add fried fish cubes serve immediately garnish with green onion serve with rice.
