Ingredients:
- Rice Noodles 200gms
- Prawns Meat 15gms
- Chicken (shredded) 15gms
- Eggs10gms
- Carrot 5gms
- Onions 5gms
- Black Mushrooms 5gms
- Red Capsicum 5gms
- Ingredients For Masala:
- Soy Sauce 1tbsp
- Curry Powder 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Chicken Powder 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- White Chilli Powder to taste
Method:
- In a water soak the rice noodles.
- Now cut the all veggies.
- Then add prawns meat, shredded chicken, salt, white chilli powder and corn starch.
- After this, heat oil add fried prawns, chicken and cook until done.
- Then fry eggs, in the remaining oil add curry powder
- Add onion, onion, mushroom, rice noodles, all the spices and mix well.
